Quick WY/UT trip

Aug 11-13 we took a quick trip to Wyoming and Utah. We love it when we hit Morgan and can see the M.
I miss the Utah mountains!
We spent one night in Wyoming. We picked up a fun picnic and headed to the mountains and were able to find our names in the trees that we had carved a few years before, and then we had to carve a few more..

The girls had a blast driving around the yard in the t-rex.
We were able to meet little Brooks, who was 2 weeks old.

A quick stop at Grandpa Hal's graveside was a must this time. We don't always take the time to stop when we are down, but this time we made the time. I love that Hallie is named after him and am glad I was able to capture this sweet moment of her at the headstone.

Tuesday night we had tickets to attend the newly remodeled Ogden Temple. It was so fun to be in the temple with so many members of our family. It was beautiful and the girls loved it.

Before heading home on Wed. we were able to meet baby Layla who was 1 week old. The girls couldn't get enough of her and loved the little bit of time they had to hold her.
