Aubree turns 10!

It was time for a friend party, and luckily fevers were gone, and we only had a few lingering coughs so we could still party.
WE decided that a Minute To Win it Party would be fun.
So we played several games....
The favorite by far was the tissue game...
Before-
44 seconds and 600 tissues later...
 Brae playing Cup stacker..
Cassie trying to get that Cookie to her mouth....
We decorated and ate sugar cookies-
(can you see kara?)
On Drew's actually birthday we celebrated again by going to dinner with gma and gpa and then had cheese cake!
Happy Birthday to two amazing people...

December carzyness-

December 4th Drew has shoulder surgery.
He had 4 anchors put in, and a little bone shaving done.
He impressed the Dr. and nurses by staying awake.
His recovery has been amazing and will be going back to work Jan. 2.
He amazed all of us by sticking to his one month plan, when the Dr. said 3.

Aubree got new glasses and turned TEN!
Drew also celebrated a birthday and turned 36!
We decorated our tree, and put it up in the Family room this year...
 Made and decorated cookies...
 Kara had a piano recital
 Gingerbread house decorating...
 Cinnamon Roll making for neighbors...
 Christmas lights....

On the 18th our sweet Hallie gave us a scare by having a febrile seizure.
We spent a few hours in the ER to make sure she was okay-
Little Elf left things for the girls for the 12 days of Christmas.
This is the first year we have had a little elf... possibly a new tradition.
The girls loved it...
They got new little ornaments to paint and hang on the tree.
We made a really quick trip to Utah for Calli and TJ's wedding in Brigham City.
Dec 21-22

Grandma and Grandpa and all the grand kids that were there...
Oh- Lets not forget that the girls all took turns having coughs and colds and fevers- that lasted 3 weeks, and I had primary lists, binders and such, to get ready for the new year.
Oh, and we have to talk in church on Sunday-
December was Crazy!

Thanksgiving Photo shoot

Kara has loved having her own camera...
This thanksgiving we went to Wyoming and had a great few days.
The weather was nice enough to spend a little time outside.
Kara had a blast taking at least 100 photos of her sisters...
posing them in various places around the house, and showing off a little attitude...
I am glad she took so many, because I didn't...
Here are several of her photos.
Who knows, maybe one day she will be a photographer....
